Apple’s iPhone X is Sexy, Will Set You Back a Bundle
If you are looking for a sexy phone that matches your elegant lifestyle and says you have a discerning taste, the new iPhone X is it. But it will set you back $999.
Apple unveiled its anniversary edition flagship phone today alongside the new iPhone 8 and its larger sibling, the iPhone 8 Plus but it is the X that stands out in its elegance and power.
For starters, it does away with the home button to make room for more screen real estate and adopts face recognition technology to log you in. No more messing with fingerprint sensors. Just look at your phone and it does the rest.
“Our vision has always been to create an iPhone that is entirely screen,” Apple says on their website introducing the iPhone X. “One so immersive the device itself disappears into the experience. And so intelligent it can respond to a tap, your voice, and even a glance.”
Judging by how impressive the design of iPhone X is, Apple may have achieved that goal.
But that is not the only thing that makes the X really impressive.
With a large 5.8 inch Super Retina OLED edge-to-edge display, the iPhone X displays stunning colors, true blacks and high brights with high degree of accuracy. Colors look real.
The phone also comes with glass on the back, wireless charging so you never have to worry about cords whether at home or on the road and a surgical grade stainless steel band around the screen edges. It is also dust and water resistant.
To ensure you see your pictures the way they were designed to be seen, Apple packed in 458 pixels per inch that supports HDR and has a million-to-one contrast ratio.
Apple says the new Face ID is secure new way to “unlock, authenticate and pay.”
Pre-orders of the new Apple phones begin on Friday, September 15. They will be available in the stores the following Friday, September 22.
Apple also introduced the new Apple watch Series 3, a cellular watch Apple boss Tim Cook called the “best selling watch in the world.”
